Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo-Amherst

I stayed here with my wife and daughter for xmas 2025. They were in the process of renovations and yet they maintained a high quality stay for my family and I. They had pretty large apartments, they were clean rooms, stocked per the usual hotel accommodations. The prices were good and the stay was pleasant. I would stay and recommend this hotel for anyone.

I stayed here for an extended time and had a superlative experience. Let me start with thanking Rachel, Jillian and Brandi at the front desk. They embody service with a smile and are always helpful, including when I needed emergency support. Next would be Lulu in housekeeping; all of them do a good job in housekeeping and Lulu was the best, never a spot missed or chore left undone, and always with a smile. Next would be the handyman, whose name I didn't catch, but helped out whenever there was an issue with the plumbing (twice during my stay). Next, Kenny for being helpful with the late check out. Last but definitely not the least, the awesome staff in the kitchen who put out a great breakfast out daily, covering so many choices for diverse dietary needs, including vegetarians. The tortillas and fixings are an inspired idea and everyone has lot of fun with it. The property is well maintained and very clean. There is a fully equipped gym, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Room was good and the full kitchen helped me cook when I needed to. The location is right on the highway and just 15 mins away from the Airport and 25 mins from Downtown/ Niagara Falls. Great place and would be my go-to any time I return.

Five-Star Stay – A Perfect Getaway! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the high-quality linens to the complimentary toiletries. The view from my window was stunning, adding an extra layer of relaxation to the stay. Amenities at the hotel were top-notch. Breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated — close to key attractions but still peaceful enough for a restful night's sleep. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo-Amherst exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot to get to Niagara Falls State Park yet be away from the crazy of the destination. Clean, suites with options to cook simple meals in your suite to save money and lay low. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at a Homewood Suites but definitely won't be my last. It was beautiful, clean, check in and out was easy, everyone was pleasant, the hot tub was the best I've ever used at a hotel. Pool was clean. Good breakfast. I think it ended at 930, wished it was a little later. Easy to get to off the highway. Rooms had a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, pots, pans, plates, glasses in cupboard. It amazing. We were only there for one night but really wanted to stay a week

The room was nice; the pool and hot tub was nice. I thought the incidental fee was too high for the quality of the hotel; no actually spa services at location like on website I would not consider the hot tub an spa service and the breakfast was terrible

Check in was a breeze, front desk agent Rachel was so kind and accommodating, it's rare these days to have a hospitality worker be so kind, hotelhad a very home feel, which was nice, pool and HOT TUB!! breakfast was okay for a continental one, room was a decent size, 1BDR. 2 adults, 4 kids under the age of 11, It didnt feel crammed at all. I rarely do reviews but Rachel is why I'm doing it, she was amazing.

My husband and I used this hotel when we went to US for our honeymoon, and it was a beautiful experience. The staff members were all so nice and friendly. The hotel was covered with mood of coziness. The room was clean. It has kitchen, so it was very helpful for entire of our trip. I liked how the shower gels was in big bottles instead of small sample tubes. The hotel pool was fun as well. You can do laundry inside of the hotel, so it was really good for family stay or long-term stay. The sounds of summer bug at night gives you relaxing happy moment. The hotel is located near the main road, so it was easy for us to travel every day. My husband and I both liked this hotel experience, and we are planning to come back again and again in the future visit.
